Who we are
SourceHawk is a pair of Chrome extensions for Amazon sellers, published at sourcehawk.fleczona.com. For anything in this policy, contact support@fleczona.com.
What the extensions access
SourceHawk works inside your own browser, using sessions you are already signed in to:
- Your SellerAmp SAS session, to read the product pages you open and to show the overlay there.
- Your Amazon Seller Central session, to check selling eligibility for products you scan. Checks run as you, from your browser, and only when you start them.
- Google, only if you connect it, through the drive.file scope. That scope limits SourceHawk to spreadsheets it creates or that you explicitly pick. It cannot see, open, or list anything else in your Drive.
What is stored, and where
Settings, scan results, filter presets, column choices, and your license key are stored locally in Chrome's extension storage on your device. Your product data is never sent to our servers. We do not operate a data backend at all.
What is transmitted
- Your license key is sent to Polar, our licensing and payments provider, to validate your subscription.
- Sheet rows you choose to sync are sent to Google, at your request, into the spreadsheet you picked.
That is the whole list. There are no third party analytics and no trackers in the extensions or on this site.
Google user data
The use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Google user data is never sold, never used for advertising, and never used to train AI models.
Payments
Checkout and billing are handled by Polar as merchant of record. Your card details go to Polar and its payment processors; we never see or store them.
Your controls
- Disconnect Google any time from the extension's settings.
- Revoke SourceHawk's Google access at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
- Remove all locally stored data by uninstalling the extensions from Chrome.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version is posted here with a new effective date.
