Terms of Service
Effective July 15, 2026
The service
SourceHawk provides two Chrome extensions, SourceHawk Scout and SourceHawk Expert, sold as monthly subscriptions billed through Polar as merchant of record. Plans and current pricing are listed at sourcehawk.fleczona.com.
Your license
An active subscription grants you a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use the software you subscribed to. A license key activates on up to 2 devices; you can free a slot from inside the app or through your customer portal. Access ends when the subscription lapses, and the software locks until a valid key is entered again.
What you need to bring
SourceHawk requires an active SellerAmp SAS subscription and your own Amazon Seller account. Both are sold separately by their own providers. SourceHawk is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Amazon or SellerAmp. You are responsible for your own compliance with Amazon's and SellerAmp's terms of service while using SourceHawk.
What you may not do
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software.
- Circumvent, remove, or disable licensing or any technical protection.
- Share, resell, sublicense, or redistribute the software or your license key.
- Use the software to build a competing product.
No guarantees
SourceHawk surfaces data to support your own decisions. We do not guarantee profits, the accuracy of eligibility results or any other data point, or uninterrupted availability of the software or of the third party services it reads from. Eligibility ultimately lives in Seller Central, and Amazon can change it at any time.
Liability
The software is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the software is limited to the fees you actually paid in the twelve months before the claim.
Cancellation and changes
Cancel any time from your customer portal; access continues to the end of the paid period. We may update these terms; material changes are posted here with a new effective date, and continued use after that constitutes acceptance.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these terms or the use of SourceHawk will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Texas, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
