Refund Policy

The 7-day money-back guarantee

Every plan is billed at checkout and covered by a 7 day money-back guarantee. If SourceHawk turns out not to be for you, email support@fleczona.com within 7 days of your payment, from the email you purchased with, and we refund it in full. You do not need to give a reason.

Cancelling

Cancel any time from your Polar customer portal (the link is in your purchase confirmation). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep access until then, and there are no further charges.

After the 7 days

Requests after that window are handled case by case. Tell us what happened. If the product did not work for your setup and we cannot fix it, we make it right.

Processing

Polar is the merchant of record for all SourceHawk purchases and processes approved refunds back to the original payment method. Processing normally takes 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.
