Refund Policy

Effective July 15, 2026

Try it free first

Every plan starts with a 7 day free trial. That window exists so you can evaluate SourceHawk fully, with your own accounts and your own sourcing, before any charge. Cancel during the trial and you pay nothing.

Cancelling

Cancel any time from your Polar customer portal (the link is in your purchase confirmation). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep access until then, and there are no further charges.

Refunds

If something went wrong with a charge, write to support@fleczona.com within 14 days of the payment. Include the email you purchased with. Tell us what happened; if the product did not work for your setup and we cannot fix it, we refund the charge.

Refund requests outside the 14 day window are handled case by case.

Processing

Polar is the merchant of record for all SourceHawk purchases and processes approved refunds back to the original payment method. Processing normally takes 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.
